Really yummy and welcoming. Was greeted with a smile and a hello as soon as we came in, which really does go along way. The food was delicious, fresh and so quick!

21/5/24 Part of the Clayton hotel - this Malaysian Asian restaurant is pretty authentic. Only a small group we ordered a vegetarian fried rice, wanted a salted fish fried noodles but over sight and turned to fried rice. Still tasty though. Had a salt pepper tofu as well and taste good. Serving was generous saw the other table else would have ordered another savoury wet dish. Always a next time.

Don't know why it took us so long to try this place. We passed by so many times but it is just in that slightly out of way start of Clayton eating street... The Nasi Lemak with beef rendang was so sedap! I'd say the best in Melb that I ever had. Came with achar (so rare!), crispy ikan bilis sambal that's fragrant, boiled egg that's been goreng, and tender beef rendang. Rice was well cooked, and not mushy. Nothing to fault! Hokkien Mee was also fantastic, lots of wok hei and pork lard. The Sar Hor Fun was okay, but the staff gave us their pickled green chillies (really good ones!) without being requested, which was much appreciated! Finally bu-bur cha-cha... Warm coconut milk, full of yam, sweet potato, and sago.. And importantly, "not too sweet". Pricing was reasonable considering the portions and quality. Definitely will be back!
